Kaeya will definitely be inflicted with the Hanahaki curse, both in mild and severe cases. The flowers he will have growing in his hair or coughing up is the Inteyvat, which those who know Lumine will realize it's the same flower she wears in her hair. The secret he keeps is pretty obvious at this point, which is why I would prefer this to be with previous CR only! Only one person actually knows that he is both Khaenri'ahn and that the eyepatch is covering the curse in his eye (Diluc), while two others only know he is Khaenri'ahn (Venti and Aether). So, revealing the curse and/or that he's a Khaenri'ahn double agent would be the main secrets.

However, I will leave an option open for those who want to initiate CR with him regarding this via the ema as doing it anon could be something Kaeya might allow himself to do and hope no one sees since simply mentioning he's Khaenri'ahn won't alert people to him per se in particular, but I'm not sure yet if he'll mention that specifically or if he'll just put that he's from a nation that was actually destroyed 500 years ago and is actually a double agent for them. Or maybe he'll just write about the curse that he covers up. I'll figure something out! But I'm also down to plot that bit out too for those who want to figure it out via the ema!

Kaeya doesn't generally trust the Nippon stuff so he would likely skip out on the dildo prompt, sorryyyyyy but he's always down to party and booze it up so!
