Event Plans: Glenn's pretty much just going to have loads of different stuff - truth, lies, and kinks, all over his body, and be miserable and/or horny, especially if he goes dipping in the springs. :3 Super raunchy kinky shit is possible. <3 Also emotions/angst because he's probably going to have shit like "murderer" and "cannibal" slapped on there too.

He can be convinced to participate in investigative stuff! But that person better be pretty persuasive. :3 He's more likely to just come to others' defense.

Other than that, nothing super concrete.

Maybe he could talk to Bakugou about why he thinks he's a murderer?

He can, but he's not likely to bring it up to anyone, at all, first. He'll basically be trying to hide it/make it go away as much as possible. But he will talk about it with Bakugou if he feels safe enough in the moment! <3
