It won't seem to be high value at a glance (It's just a necklace chain with a little bell on it, frankly) but how frantic Kuro will be will make it clear it's of upmost importance, and anyone who can sense magic would know it's imbued with it.

The magic inside of it could easily be the reason it was stolen, making it worth a pretty penny for being otherworldly-magic! So go wild!
