Important question: The Archons are both beings other than human, just wearing a chosen human shape for ease of interaction with others or sentimental reasons. They're physical transformations and their bodies are their own, but Zhongli's original form is that of... well, a very large dragon. Venti's is a small elemental sprite.

My question is, would the supernatural nulling force them back into their original forms? Also would there even be a cell big enough to house a dragon, bc squished scale noodle would be kinda hilarious.

Technically the curse that's sealing their powers functions with Sora magic, by freezing their abilities in time. So they become frozen in whatever state they were last in. This would also apply to a character who can transform, and is kidnapped in their transformed state!

That said, if you would like to play with them being in the wrong form, you can say their curse was cast incorrectly, causing their form to become unstable, so they transform at random whenever they try to use any other ability. But they would still have no abilities in either form!

Sort of piggybacking off the above question... If a character who is not naturally in human form is kept in human form, but with their supernatural powers suppressed, does this also suppress things like differences in how injuries manifest? (I'm thinking about how normally if someone cuts Sunny's skin, bright sunlight would shine out from the wound. If she was tattooed and kept underground in the dark tunnels, would this be nerfed?)

I will leave this up to you, since it's arguably part of her biology! Either the wounds still shine, or they appear as just a dark tear in her skin.

Yukio has Too Many Eyes and can see all around him, would the sketchy kidnapper mask man still be able to sneak up on him without him seeing?

Considering time is frozen when characters are kidnapped, it doesn't really matter if he can sneak up or not, since he'll start from very far away! Yukio may catch a glance, but he'll still only see the mask covering his face.

Generally in Greek myth, a god can't decurse themselves, but another god can remove a curse cast upon them. Do you think this depowers curse would be removable by one of the gods or does this magic need one of the Western specialists?

I'll leave this up to you! The "curse" is technically Sora magic, which basically freezes them in time as they are now (which is why wounds don't heal). But since magic is wonky and can do anything, so long as the god removing the curse is not cursed, they'll be able to do it!

If you want, you can also say that this is possible, but because Nippon's magic is so different, doing so causes the curse to simply jump onto the god removing it instead. You can play hot potato with dangerous magic!

Okay so, Baku eats dreams/nightmares and in doing so, she will see the dream/nightmare itself - kind of like watching it on a television.

For the catatonic people in the refugee ward, are any of them sleeping/dreaming, and would Baku learn anything if she ate their dreams?

And I guess on a similar note, would she learn anything if she did that for the kidnapped refugees?

The catatonic people specifically do not sleep and do not dream! It's very eerie.

As for the refugees, you would need a player's permission to see their character's dreams!

Kidnapped NPC refugees, if they're able to sleep given the circumstances, will dream about a variety of mundane things, much of them related to their various homeworlds. Only a few will have nightmares about their present location, with only those trapped in the host clubs proving anything concrete towards locating them.

One refugee in particular will have a very long dream about licking a banana. Don't overthink it.

OKAY SO the tattoo suppresses powers and reasonably that probs includes Nippon’s magic as well. Does that include kizuna effects?

Due to the nature of Kizuna magic, it is actually too powerful to be suppressed! However, if characters believe it is suppressed, they will not experience any Kizuna side-effects.
