Hey guys!


So in light of my own on-going motivation issues, I'm considering a change in the game's event/TDM schedule!

I feel like now that so many locations have been unlocked, there is plenty for characters to do outside of events, but the current event/TDM schedule doesn't allow for much breathing room between them. This will also hopefully lighten up some of my workload so I'm not writing two full events every month.

I'd like to ask for your guys' input on this for what you think would be better for the game moving forward, and would also like to invite players to vote for one of the options below by leaving a comment under this thread.

Please only vote once with one of your character's journals!

I have a few ideas for what I'd be able to handle, but if anyone would like to add their own input or suggestions, please use this post!

Option 1
TDM every other month, monthly events

For this option, the next TDM will be on March 1st, and events will be unchanged.


Option 2
TDM every month, events every other month

For this option, the next event will be March 15th, and TDMs will be unchanged.


Option 3
TDM on odd months, events on even months.

For this option, the next event will be February 15th, but all future events and TDMs will take place on the 1st. This date is flexible and could also be the 15th!

Please note that depending on which option sees the most support, February's TDM will either be delayed until the 5th, or pushed back to March.

I'll be making a final decision on February 3rd, so please get your votes in before then!

I think in the long run this is going to be the most helpful choice for you in regards to burnout, and have the most steady pace.

Due to overwhelming peer pressure, Option Three is the way to go!

I think it would be the best for your sanity. You do so much and your tdms and events are so detailed, I don't know how you do it. Giving yourself that break between events is a very good idea.

And who knows? If you feel inspired, mini-events randomly could be a thing? Perhaps even things player suggested?

also saying option 3! It's better for you to relax a lil' and as someone who is relatively slow in this game, it sounds good from my end too. It means we can focus on each a bit more wholly.

I don't feeeel like I've been here long enough to really vote, but just wanted to say I support whatever helps you! I'd also say let us/me know if there's anything you could use a hand with. I'm a pretty experienced editor and list mod, if you ever want.
