Character Name: Thanatos
Canon: Hades

Smut Preferences: Kink list | Open to most things except stuff involving bodily fluids (blood not included). OOCly I would also prefer any smut partners to be over 18, but I'm open to discussing this. Hard no to anyone below 15, or overly immature characters even if adult-coded.

Info: The god of (gentle) death. Can be difficult to get a conversation out of. Thanatos fronts as a very stern and short-tempered person who doesn't suffer fools, but underneath that he is a soft-hearted god who doesn't always live up to his undeserved reputation. Though he won't hesitate to cut someone down if they threaten him, he prefers to not engage in violence. He is also somewhat emotionally stunted/immature despite his age and has a tendency to leave conflict via teleportation after making sure he gets the last word.

Game Plans: Since he's a god and doesn't need to eat or sleep, he just kinda... is around? Thanatos is quite a private person and has spent most of his time in Nippon not really interacting with many people. I'd like to change that! He's not a bad person and can be fun to get to know if you can press past the first hurdles of really feeling as if he doesn't want you there. The truth is he just doesn't really know how to people. He has also been struggling quite a bit with the way death works in Nippon and being simultaneously connected to and yet not involved with it. Thanatos has managed to forge a couple of relationships while he's been in Nippon but his most important one - outside of Hypnos - is undoubtedly Kuro... whose influence has definitely softened him up a bit.

Seeking:

💀 People who know exactly who/what he is - do with that knowledge what you will.
💀 We do not recommend trying to spar with a death god but if you really wanna die hit me up.
💀 Anyone else who has affinity/connection to death would be awesome.
💀 People who wanna nerd about Greek mythology at him? Don't mention Sisyphus. Or do? Your choice, honestly.
💀 I would love to have him introduced to mortal pleasures outside of sex (which he isn't a stranger to). Things like soda? Ice cream? He has never had these things.
