Hi everyone, Armada here with Kiki Asukai (aka Kaeru) from ID:Invaded. While I'm announcing it now, this player plot will be more active in March. More details inside!

OOC: A wild Kaeru appears! - Player Plot Info!

Kiki's telepathic powers will be mutating thanks to arriving in Nippon. When she goes to sleep, her younger, dreamworld self Kaeru will begin appearing to those with active killing intent. Note, she will not appear to those feeling hatred or homicidal ideation. The increasing incidents of a strange girl with a frog head being killed will cause different rumors to come up. This plot will also incite more crimes and serial killers to appear...which is extremely unfortunate for the Samurai officers because it's pretty darn rare for that to come up.

What kind of scenarios/opportunities will pop up in the future?
-cranky frog yokai because wow what disrespect
-sudden increase in bug-related sales and fashion trends? thank the kids who are into strange mysteries...and maybe those same darn kids trespassing sketchy places to summon the frog girl
-Samurai officers requesting help for night patrols! who knows, maybe they'll also be up for allowing detectives into a (literally) time-limited crime scene
-~~did someone say cannibalism?~~ AN ACTUAL CHARACTER THAT CAN BE MURDERED WITH LITTLE CONSEQUENCE :D

This is really an excuse for those hero/detectives types to have fun with a sudden spike in crime. I am up for threading for those of you who want your characters to encounter Kaeru directly or run into a murder in the moment. If you have any questions, feel free to comment below!

"Oh, I've heard from the neighbors something terrible happened..."

"Got called in last night. Someone in the area reported a girl being attacked. Couldn't find anything besides a few drops of blood. But the weird thing? Tried to get a sample of it, and it vanished."

"Who died? A gamanoke? Unless...it's one of those..."

"What a terrible prank."

"I'm not crazy, I know what I heard-- ribbit ribbit then all that screaming."

Whether you're passing by some Samurai officers or eavesdropping on a conversation at the store, there's some strange rumors popping up about a murder. Some react in fears and disbelief, others that it's some hogwash. Maybe it's all just some prank. It's just one strange incident...right?
