What if Sets hired Zack to do a job for her and the job is spending the day with her / piggybacking her around? Because she would absolutely do that.

Zack can also have Prim in addition to Shiemi as a little sister if you would like. Or Prim might crush on Zack. I am not sure yet, I need to toss her at him, too.
