Mm...there could be, but not often are there performers for hanami. It's usually just used for people to get together and have picnics to view the sakura. [She giggles a little bit, rubbing the back of her head.]
I suppose some people do their own performing at their picnic blankets, but usually for their own friends and family, ehehe... It can actually get pretty crowded and noisy when tourists come to look at them, too.
