Depends on the show. Sometimes it's just bindings, metal or rope or something like a straitjacket -- ah. That's a jacket where there are belts at the ends of the arms to tie behind someone's back.

Sometimes, it'll be a box I'm put in that's set on fire, or submerged in water, or a tank full of water. The latter's one of the more interesting ones for people to watch, since it's a race against the clock with a risk of drowning.

Admittedly, I don't do it often right now - seems at odds with all the fire in my usual shows most of the time.
