Rufus laughs, the idea of a dick parade was absurd but coming from Reno, it wasn't surprising in the least. He doesn't remember when he had last been able to do something so reckless but he wants to feel alive and do things that he hadn't been able to do in a long time.

He's sure Tseng would be reminding him not to exert himself too much, even though he had been cured the disease had taken a toll on him but Rufus was going to ignore that- Tseng wasn't here to be the responsible one. Reno was here to let Rufus live more than he had in awhile.

"I haven't but you're going to take me there," Rufus decides with that smile that he's sure Reno recognizes even though it's been awhile since they've had the chance to cause a bit of trouble.
