gara is what's called a handead; he's from a unique world where 50% of the population is handead and the rest are alivers. handeads are sort of like zombies, but not really. they're the un-brainwashed pleasure-seeking undead that make EDM music to similarly un-brainwash the alivers. gara's dead level is always rising except around a certain man. he's feral and has a pretty voice!
